Although we hope you love all your items from Carino Collections, we have a returns policy in place if you are not 100% happy with your purchase.

• Refund or Store credit on FULL PRICED items Australia Only

• Store Credit on final sale and or all sale items

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving order

• All tags and original packaging MUST be attached

• Items must be unworn and in original condition

All Returns and processed via email info@carinocollections.com, shipping fees apply to customers.

FINAL SALE ITEMS are final and cannot be returned for a refund, or store credit, other than in the event of them being faulty.

Any items returned outside the 30 day return period, or in a condition that indicates being worn or washed in any way, including make-up marks, will not be accepted for return. Carino Collections reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with the above conditions, and will return the item to sender.
