How to return an item?
If you change your mind about any items purchased you can exchange them to us within 14 days of the order being delivered to you, provided that:
The item/items are unworn and unwashed (and there must be no signs of transfer of any make-up, and or other stains);
1. The Item/items must have all tags attached and when returned include the correct dispatch and order information.
2. Exchanges do not include any delivery charges that you have paid.
All customers wishing to exchange an item can either receive a store credit of the same value or you have the ability to change sizing and or colour provided it is the same design/value and or not on promotion/sale.
Before sending item for exchange, you are required to email us via the message center located on the "contact" page with the subject line "exchange" followed by your order number which can be identified on you conformation email or email us via email@example.com
How do I cancel an order?
When cancelling orders you must contact us via our contact page message center with the subject line "Order Cancellation" and provide reasoning as to why the order is to be cancelled or email us via firstname.lastname@example.org
If the order is yet to be shipped to you, this will not be an issue for refund of payment. However, in the case of the order being in the process of delivery, it then is reliant on you as a customer to send the order back. This then will become a refund to you. Once order is received, in the condition suitable for refunding (standards outlined above) the payment will be processed as refunded to you.
